Temples Gate carries a selection of pure essential oils, perfume oils, aromatherapy sprays, dried herbs, and resins, such as copal, for your magical, aromatherapy, and other needs. We also offer natural body care products, such as sea salt and bath salts.
Essential Oils
Essential oils are the pure distilled essence of plants. Those are the essences that plants manufacture to cure their own diseases and repel pests.
Plant-derived medicines of many cultures, including ours, are based on the essential oils of plants. They are pure and natural and hypoallergenic. (Because they do not contain the proteins of the plants, almost no one is allergic to essential oils).
Pure essential oils are undiluted. That allows you to accurately mix them according your own formulas for cosmetics, skin treatments, aromatherapy items, and magical potions.
Temples Gate carries a great selection of Florapathic food-grade essential oils. We also carry essential oil diffusers.
Perfume Oils
Perfume oils can be used to scent your surroundings or yourself. You can wear them at full strength, or they can be put into body lotion or diluted to cologne. You can add a few drops of perfume oils to bathwater. Or you can mix them with flower petals to create or refresh pot pourri.
Perfume oils are often used to anoint candles or people and have many magical and religious uses. The possibilities are endless. The scents are heavenly.
Herbs
We carry a variety of useful and magical herbs, available in small packages and in bulk quantities for your convenience.
In addition to the more common herbs, we carry some of the more useful but difficult to find magical herbs that our customers request.

Resins
Resins can be used to mix incense or can be burned on charcoal as incense themselves. Some, such as amber, are used to scent rooms or drawers. Others, such as frankincense, myrrh, and copal, have special ceremonial uses.
